DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT<\/p>\n
Type of project<\/b>
\nThe new building features office, surgery and service areas and extra office space in the attic that can be used for individual purposes. The exclusive materials used leave nothing to be desired. Archive, cellar and parking are all on the basement level. The building is also equipped with elevator systems and features controlled heating, ventilation and air-conditioning.<\/p>\n
Architecture<\/b>
\nThe project was designed and planned by Luxembourg architects \u201cFabeck Architectes S.\u00c0.R.L\u201d in K\u00f6rich. The building makes use of eminent architectural accents to distinguish itself from the surrounding properties. High-quality materials and solid construction underscore the calibre of the property. The building is a skeleton-type construction with a solid, natural stone fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n
Spatial concept<\/b>
\nThe floor plan was designed such as to allow the office space to be apportioned simply and effectively. The space can be configured flexibly to meet the owner\u2019s personal requirements. The large window fronts are the perfect way to furnish the lofty rooms with natural light.<\/p>\n
Interior finishing<\/b>
\nThe building boasts a glass-covered inner courtyard that reaches up as far as the second-floor roof. With a ceiling height of 3 metres, the office rooms are very generous in size and can be individually partitioned. Natural stone slabs were the flooring of choice for the wet zones, while parquet and high-quality carpeting were used in office areas.<\/p>\n
